EMagin Corporation is a leader in the manufacture of microdisplays using OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) technology. The company designs, develops, manufactures and sells OLED silicon microdisplays, virtual imaging products using OLED microdisplays and related products. The company is also conducting research in the OLED field. The company's virtual imaging products integrate OLED technology and silicon chips to produce high-resolution microdisplays less than one inch, creating virtual display images the size of a computer monitor or a large-screen TV when viewed through a magnifying glass. The Company's products enable its original equipment manufacturer (" OEM ") customers to jointly develop and improve or new electronic products, especially mobile and highly portable products that allow instant access to information, and potentially immersive communication and entertainment product markets. By merging with Fashion Dynamics, eMagin was incorporated under the laws of Nevada on January 23, 1996. Fed Corporation is a developer and manufacturer of optical systems and microdisplays used in the electronics industry. After the merger, the company changed its corporate name to eMagin Corporation. EMagin is incorporated in Delaware.
