NPK International Inc. has acquired Grassform Plant Hire Limited for £35.2 ($46.4) million, funded by cash on-hand and borrowings under the US credit facility. Grassform is a UK market leader in ground protection and temporary roadway solutions, generating £15 million in revenue and £6 million in EBITDA in the last fiscal year. The acquisition is expected to strengthen NPK's UK operations and expand its market coverage.
