The Company is a diversified supplier to the oil and gas industry, primarily providing products and services to the oil and gas exploration industry. The Company's business operates through two reportable divisions: Fluid Systems and Product Technology System Integrated Services. The Company's Fluid Systems segment provides customized drilling fluid products to global exploration and production customers, with four main operating regions: North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Latin America and Asia Pacific. The company's product technology system integrated services department provides composite pad leasing, on-site construction and related website services to oil and gas customers, and its production, transportation and refinery locations are all located in the United States. The company sells composite product technology systems to customers outside the United States and domestic customers outside the oil and gas industry.
