XPLR Infrastructure, LP was incorporated as a limited liability partnership in Delaware on March 6, 2014 and is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of NextEra Energy, LLC, a company incorporated in Florida whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The new partnership program is a growth limited liability partnership that is independent, operates and acquires contracted clean energy projects and long-term stable cash flow. The new partner also plans to have 100% control of the NEE Operating partnership. The company's project units have entered into customary agreements for wind and solar projects. These include energy sales agreements, interconnection, construction, equipment supply, operation and maintenance services and real estate rights.
