Vital Energy Inc is an independent energy company focused on the exploration, development and acquisition of oil and natural gas in the Permian Basin and Central Region of the United States. The oil and liquids-rich Permian Basin in western Texas and the Annada Granite Alluvial in the Western Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle have multi-target prospects, rich production history, long-term reserves, high drilling success rates and initial production rates. The company's main exploration and production sites in the Permian Basin are located in the eastern part of the basin, 35 kilometers away from the central Texas region, 20 kilometers wide from east to west, and about 85 kilometers long from north to south, located in the areas of Glaskack, Howard, Reagan, and Sterling counties. Laredo Petroleum Holdings, Inc. Incorporated in Delaware in August 2011, conducting corporate restructuring and listing and initial public offering.
