The company also recently started selling a niche product, IMAX Private Cinema, a theater-level, expensive home theater system. The Company and its consolidated subsidiaries are a Canadian company formed in March 1994 by the merger of WGIM Acquisition Corp. and the former IMAX Corporation (" Formerly IMAX ").
