Ibotta, Inc., was founded in 2011 as Zing Enterprises, Inc., a Delaware corporation. In 2012, they changed their name to Ibotta, Inc. Ibotta's mission is to achieve rewards per purchase. Their technology enables CPG brands to deliver digital promotions to more than 200 million consumers through a single convenient network called the Ibotta Performance network (IPN). They are the pioneers of successful marketing: they are only paid when a customer's promotion leads to sales, not when the consumer just watches or clicks on the promotion. They have built the largest digital merchandise-level promotion network in the United States by building strategic relationships with major retailers who leverage their digital offers to drive their white label loyalty programs. Through IPN, their customers can also reach millions of consumers through their widely used reward application digital assets, including Ibotta brand cashback mobile applications, websites and browser extensions (collectively referred to as Ibotta D2C).
