Founded in January 1998, MarineMax, Inc., is the world's largest recreational boat and yacht retailer, terminal operator and superyacht service company. As of September 30, 2025, the company operates more than 120 locations worldwide, including more than 70 retail distribution points, and owns or operates more than 65 terminals and storage facilities worldwide through the acquisition of IGY Marinas. The company's manufacturing divisions include Cruisers Yachts, Aviara Luxury Day Ships and Intrepid Powerboats, which produce premium and custom ships. Through trendy innovation, Haimaisi Services has a digital customer experience platform Boatyard and a marine digital retail platform Boatzon, while New Coast Financial Services provides third-party financial and insurance products.
