Hyster-Yale, Inc., a limited liability company established in 1970, manufactures and sells lift trucks marked with the Sumitomo trademark in Japan, and exports lift trucks marked with the Hyster- and Yale trademark and related parts and accessories services to places outside Japan. Hyster-Yale Materials Management Company and its subsidiaries, including the operating company NACCO Materials Management Group Corporation (" NMHG "), are designers, engineering builders, manufacturers, marketers and service providers of leading integrated production lines for lift and delivery vehicles. The aftermarket for parts is mainly sold under the Hyster and Yale brand names worldwide, The main market is for independent Hyster and Yale retail dealers. Lifting trucks and components are produced in the United States, Northern Ireland, Mexico, the Philippines, the Netherlands, Italy, Japan, Vietnam, Brazil and China. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 1991.
