DILLARD'S, INC., is one of the largest retailers of fashion, cosmetics and homewares in the country. It was initially formed by William T. Dillard in 1938 and established in Delaware in 1964. As of February 3, 2024, they operate 273 Dillard stores, including 28 customs clearance centers, as well as an Internet store on dillards.com, offering a wide selection of merchandise, including women's, men's and children's fashion clothing, accessories, cosmetics, homewares and other consumer goods. The Company also operates a general contracting construction company, CDI Contractors, LLC (" CDI "), part of which includes building and remodeling stores for the Company.
