The company provides these broadband services to residential and commercial customers in 38 cable TV systems covering more than 400 cities and towns. The market served by the company is mainly non-metropolitan, secondary market, and 75% of its customers are located in 5 states: Mississippi, Idaho, Oklahoma, Texas and Arizona. The company's largest customers are concentrated in the Mississippi Gulf Coast region and in the larger Boise, Idaho area. In 2015, the company was the tenth largest cable TV system operator in the United States, measured by customers and revenue.
