Archrock, Inc., incorporated in February 2007, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Universal Compression Holdings (hereinafter referred to as Universal). On August 20, 2007, Universal and Hanover Compression Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Hanover) merged and became a wholly-owned subsidiary under Exterran, which is known as the parent company of Universal and Hanover. Exterran Holdings, LLC is a global market leader and master supplier in the full-service natural gas compression industry, providing operations, maintenance, services and equipment in the production, processing and transportation of oil and natural gas. The company's global customer base includes companies involved in all aspects of the oil and gas industry, including large integrated oil and gas companies, national oil and gas companies, independent producers, natural gas processors, gatherers and pipelines. The company has three main lines of operation: contract management, preparation and after-sales service. In this line of contract operation, the company has a large number of natural gas compression equipment, crude oil and natural gas production and processing equipment, and provides operational services for its customers.
