Weyco Group, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, was incorporated in 1906 as Weyenberg Shoe Company. Since April 25, 1990, the company's name has been changed to Weyco Group, Inc. Weyco Footwear Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in a business line, namely the distribution of high-quality and innovative footwear. The company designs and sells footwear mainly for men, but also for women and children, and has a series of well-known brands including: "Florsheim", "Nunn Bush", "Stacy Adams", "BOGS", "Rafters" and "UMI". The trademarks a company maintains on its brand are important to the business. In addition, the company added outdoor boots, shoes and sandals in 2011 through the acquisition of the BOGS and Rafters brands. The company's footwear is available in a variety of sizes and widths, purchased primarily to meet the needs and desires of the general American public.
