The company specializes in transporting and distributing packaged goods for food and other consumer goods that require temperature control or insulation. The company operates throughout the United States and parts of Canada and Mexico, and generates almost all of its revenue within the United States. The company's main long-distance transportation lanes are between the Midwest and the West Coast, the Southwest, Southeast and East Coast, and from California to the Pacific Northwest. The company provides regional vehicle carrier services in the Southeast, West Coast, Midwest, Central South and Northeast regions.
