Kingstone Companies, Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Kingstone Insurance Company and Payments, provides property and casualty insurance products to small companies in New York. Goldstone Insurance Company is a company licensed to operate property insurance in New York State. In 2011, Goldstone Insurance obtained a property insurance license in Pennsylvania, but did not conduct business in the state; Payments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goldstone Insurance, is a New York State authorized senior financial company that signs contracts with third-party authorized senior financial companies and collects fees. All of Jinshi's income basically comes from premium income, commissions from quota-proportional reinsurance, investment income, realized and unrealized income and securities gains and losses. Goldstone was established in 1961, renamed DACP in 1999, and finally changed its name to Goldstone on June 1, 2009.
