About HONE
Harborone Bancorp, Inc.
The holding company for HarborOne Bank, a Massachusetts-chartered savings bank
770 Oak Street, Brockton, Massachusetts 02301
--
Harborone Bancorp, Inc., was formed in Massachusetts in 2016 as part of a reorganization. Once the reorganization is completed, HarborOne Bancorp will own all of the common stock of HarborOne Bank. HarborOne Bancorp does not currently intend to engage in any business activities other than those involving ownership of all of HarborOne Bank's common stock. HarborOne Bank provides financial services to individuals, families, small and medium-sized businesses and municipalities in southeastern Massachusetts through its 14 full-service branches, two limited-service branches and 13 independent ATM machine network ATMs, in addition to the -service branch. The company also offers small business, financial literacy and personal enrichment classes by offering a range of educational services, "HarborOne U," with locations in Brock and Mansfield that are adjacent to banks. Although the company's main deposit-type agglomeration areas are concentrated in branch communities and surrounding towns, the company's lending areas include the broader market of New England. The bank maintains commercial lending offices in Providence, Rhode Island, and residential lending offices in Westford, Massachusetts. In addition, Merrimack Mortgage maintains 34 offices in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Maine, and also has operations in five other states.
