The company provides connectivity services to businesses, governments and residential customers in the United States, Peru and Colombia through its own network built with its own equipment, including network management services, Internet access and dial-up services. The company also provides local network management services through the VSAT system of SingTel Optus Pty Limited (Optus), a major Australian telecommunications company.
