Full House Resorts, Inc., a Delaware corporation established in 1987, develops, manages, operates and/or invests in gaming related businesses through its subsidiaries. The company continues to actively investigate new business opportunities individually and with partners, and its long-term strategy is to continue to generate revenue primarily from its own business as well as management fees. To advance this strategy, the company made major acquisitions of Rising Star Casino Resort and Grand Lodge Casino leasing operations in 2011 and Silver Slipper Casino in 2012. With the 2012 sale of the management agreement for the FireKeepers casino in Michigan, the company has transitioned its primary source of revenue to an owned entity.
