--
First Business Financial Services, Inc., merged in 1986 under Wisconsin law, is a holding company. The Company has two wholly owned banking subsidiaries: First Commercial Bank (FBB) and First Milwaukee Commercial Bank (FBB-Milwaukee). FBB is headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, and FBB-Milwaukee is headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The company's commercial banking business is operated by these two companies. All of the company's business is operated through these two banks and some subsidiaries under FBB. Commercial banks focus on selling the entire products and services of commercial banks, including commercial loans and commercial real estate loans, to meet the different needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, business owners, executives, professionals and high-income groups. Typically, the company's target business has annual sales between $2 million and $75 million. Since the company focuses on commercial banks, the company does not have a branch network to attract individual customers. In order to make up for this piece of commercial bank deposits, the company used the wholesale financing program to increase a part of the property.
