About EDBL
Edible Garden Ag Incorporated
A leader in locally grown organic leafy greens and herbs
283 County Road 519, Belvidere, NJ 07823
--
Edible Garden AG Incorporated was incorporated in Wyoming on March 28, 2020. The company was converted to a Delaware corporation on July 12, 2021. The company is a next-generation agricultural farming enterprise with a controllable environment. The company uses traditional agricultural planting techniques together with technology to grow fresh, organic food in a sustainable and safe manner while improving traceability. The company utilizes controlled environments of traditional greenhouse structures, such as glass greenhouses, together with hydroponic and vertical greenhouses, to sustainably grow organic herbs and lettuce. The company's controlled greenhouse facilities allow herbs and lettuce of consistent quality to be grown year-round, firstly by eliminating some variability in outdoor farming through the use of CEA technology, and secondly by utilizing its proprietary software GreenThumb. In addition to using hydroponic and vertical greenhouse systems, the company also uses a "closed loop" system in the greenhouse.
