It has operations in six states: Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Massachusetts, Maine and Pennsylvania, and is headquartered in Rutland, Vermont. It manages its solid waste business through its two regional sales offices: eastern and western regions, each with a range of solid waste treatment services, operating its large-scale recycling and commodity brokerage business through its recycling system.
