They provide international ocean freight services to dry bulk charterers, including major national and private industrial users, commodity producers and traders. From the split distribution date, they will own and operate a fleet of two handy dry bulk carriers that transport primary bulk cargoes such as iron ore, coal and grain, and secondary bulk cargoes such as bauxite, phosphate and fertilizer.
