The purpose of the establishment of the company is to engage in the business of a financial holding company. CNB Financial is headquartered in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. The company provides a full range of banking and related services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, CNB Bank. CNB Bank opened its ERIEBANK division in the Erie, Pennsylvania market in 2005. In addition to the bank, the company entered the consumer loan discount and financing business in 2005 through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Holiday Financial Services Corporation. The company's market area is concentrated in the central and northwestern regions of Pennsylvania.
