The Company is an internally managed diversified Caretrust Reit and, together with its combined subsidiaries and predecessors, is a leading owner of commercial real estate with long-term net leases to companies primarily located in the United States and Northern and Western Europe. The vast majority of their income comes from rental income provided by their real estate portfolios, which primarily include single-tenant industrial, warehouse, retail and self-storage facilities that are critical to tenant operations.
