The company is the world's exclusive developer, marketer, marketer and manager of timeshares and related products under the Marriott Holiday Club and Grand Residences Marriott brands. Marriott Hotels is also the world's exclusive developer, marketer and seller of timeshares and related products under the Ritz-Carlton Destination club brand. The Company has non-exclusive rights to develop, promote and sell products for the entire residential ownership under the Ritz-Carlton Apartments brand. In terms of number of owners, number of resorts and revenue, Marriott is one of the largest companies in the world whose business is almost entirely focused on timeshares.
