Sunoco LP is a development-oriented Delaware limited partnership established in June 2012 through Susser Holdings and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Susser Petroleum Partners GP Ltd is principally engaged in the wholesale distribution of engine fuel to SUSS and third parties. In September 2012, the Company completed its initial public offering and the Company's common equity units representing limited partner interests are being traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the name "SUSP". After the completion of the previous initial public offering, the company's business was carried out by Susser Petroleum Company LLC (the company's "predecessor "). SUSP was established in June 2012 by Susser Holdings Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiaries and Susser Petroleum Partners GP LLC. They are a Delaware master limited partnership principally engaged in the distribution of motor fuels to independent dealers, distributors and other customers, as well as to end customers at retail premises operated by commission agents. In addition, they earn rental income by leasing or subleasing real estate for retail distribution of motor fuel.
