The company provides global maritime and support transportation services to offshore energy facilities around the world. The main users of the company's services are major integrated national and international oil companies, independent oil and gas exploration and production companies, oilfield services and construction companies, as well as offshore wind farm operators and offshore wind farm installation and maintenance companies. The Company operates and manages a diverse offshore support fleet that (i) transports cargo and personnel to offshore facilities, including offshore wind farms; (ii) assists offshore operations of production and storage facilities; (iii) provides construction, workover, offshore wind farm installation and decommissioning support; (iv) carries and launches equipment for underwater use in drilling and well installation, maintenance, inspection and repair; and (v) handles anchoring and mooring equipment for offshore rigs and platforms. In addition, the company's ships provide emergency services and accommodation for technicians and experts.
