Sandridge Energy, Inc., an independent oil and gas company, was established in 2006 and focuses on acquisition, development and production activities in the Mid-Continent United States. During the year ended December 31, 2022, eight operational wells were drilled and six wells were completed. The Company will continue to focus on improving the cash value and power generation capacity of its asset base in a safe, responsible and efficient manner, while prudently allocating capital to projects that it believes can provide high rates of return in the current commodity price environment. These projects include: (1) continuing the well reactivation program; (2) transforming the artificial elevator into a more efficient and cost-effective system; and (3) focusing on drilling in high-grade areas.
