LCI Industries has two reportable operating segments: the original equipment manufacturer segment and the aftermarket segment. The OEM segment accounted for 92% of consolidated net sales in 2017, and the aftermarket segment accounted for 8% of Total Net Sales in 2017. About 71% of the company's OEM segment's net sales are products from SUV segment wagon trailers and fifth-wheel Rv manufacturers. Balance represents sales of components, RVs, truck caps and buses, as well as trailers and aftermarket sales for heavy-duty boats, livestock, equipment and other goods. Drew operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Lippert Components and its subsidiaries, Kinro and its subsidiaries, each in the RV section and the MH section, which was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on March 20, 1984 as an integrated company of Drew Corporation (incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware in 1962).
