JBT Marel Corporation was founded in Delaware in May 1994. The company is a provider of technology solutions for industries such as global food processing and air transportation. The Company designs, manufactures, tests and provides technical services for precision systems through its JBT Food Technology Division and JBT Aviation Technology Division. JBT Food Technology Department provides solutions and services to industrial food processing enterprises in many countries and regions, The products provided include: frozen and refrigerated meat, seafood, poultry, ready-to-eat meals, fruit, vegetable, dairy and bread products; protein treatment programs such as film-filling, frying, and cooking of poultry, meat, seafood and vegetable foods; processing solutions for various packaged fruits, vegetables, soups, sauces, dairy and pet food, and ready-to-eat meals; extraction, aggregation and aseptic treatment programs for citrus, tomato and other fruits and juices. JBT Aviation Technology Department sells solutions and services to its domestic and international airport management agencies, air passenger transport, air cargo and ground agency companies, military and other industries. Products and services include: ground support equipment for cargo loading, aircraft deicing and aircraft towing; passenger gate equipment, aircraft power and cooling on the ground; airport services for maintenance of airport equipment, systems and facilities; military equipment such as cargo loading, aircraft towing, aircraft power supply and ground aircraft refrigeration; and automated guided vehicles for material handling in the automotive, printing, food and beverage, manufacturing, warehouse and medical industries.
