Integer Holdings Corporation invented the first successful implantable cardiac pacemaker and was founded in 1970. The Company is a Delaware corporation incorporated in 1997. In 2000, the company IPO new shares. The Company has established two reporting divisions: Greitberg Medical and Electrochemical Solutions (" Electrochemistry "). The Company's customers include large multinational original equipment manufacturers (" OEMs "). The Gritebo Medical Division designs and manufactures medical devices and components, primarily for the cardiac rhythm management (" CRM "), neuromodulation, vascular access and orthopedic markets. In addition, Great Power Medical provides value-added assembly and design engineering services for products that incorporate Great Power Medical components. As a result, its strategy was put in place three years ago, and Great Medical now provides customers with complete medical devices, including design, development, manufacturing, regulatory submissions and support for global distribution. The Medical Devices strategy is to facilitate the implementation and utilization of Gritebo Medical and Electrochemistry through the Salt Lake Group in the company's core markets of component technologies: cardiovascular, neuromodulation and orthopedics. The Salt Lake Group designs and develops medical devices, which are manufactured by Great Medical.
