The Company owns 100% of Genie Retail Energy (" GRE ") and has different interests in entities within the Genie Renewables (" GREW ") division. GRE owns and operates a retail energy provider (" REP "), Including IDT Energy, Inc., Residents Energy, LLC, Town Square Energy, LLC and Town Square Energy East, LLC, Southern Federal Power LLC, Mirabito Natural Gas and Evergree n Gas & Electric。GRE REP's business primarily resells electricity and natural gas to residential and small business customers in the Eastern and Midwestern United States and Texas. GREW includes a 95.5% interest in Genie Solar, an integrated solar company that develops, constructs and operates utility-scale solar projects, and a 93.8% interest in CityCom Solar, a marketer of community solar and alternative products and services that complement its energy products, 91.5% interest in Diversegy, an energy procurement consultant for industrial, commercial and municipal clients, and 72.2% interest in Roded Recycling, a producer of high-grade plastic pallets using recycled materials.
