DT Midstream, Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on January 13, 2021. They are owners, operators and developers of a comprehensive portfolio of natural gas interstate pipelines, intra-state pipelines, storage systems, and catchment-side pipelines. As "side pipes", collection systems, treatment plants, and compression and ground facilities. They own both wholly owned pipelines and their own operating assets, as well as interests in joint venture pipeline assets, including Millennium Pipeline, Vector Pipeline and NEXUS Gas Pipeline, many of which are connected to their wholly owned pipelines. They provide customers with a variety of integrated natural gas services through two main divisions: (i) pipelines and others, including its interstate pipelines, intra-state pipelines, storage systems, lateral pipelines and related processing plants and compression and surface facilities, and (ii) collection, including collection systems and related processing equipment and compression and surface facilities.
