DHT Holdings, Inc., was incorporated under the laws of the Marshall Islands on February 12, 2010. The company operates a fleet of crude oil tankers. As of March 15, 2024, the Company's fleet consists of 24 VLCC crude oil tankers, all wholly owned by DHT Holdings. In addition, the company has contracted to build four new VLCCs, two at Hyundai Heavy Industries in South Korea and two at Hanwha Marine in South Korea, which will be delivered in 2026.
