Chatham Lodging Trust was established as a Maryland Caretrust Reit on October 26, 2009. The company implements internal management and mainly invests in high-end high-quality brands and its hotels that can cooperate with each other for a long time. As of December 31, 2015, its wholly-owned hotels include the Marriott brand (15), Hilton's Homewood Suites (9) and select service hotels operated by Marriott Courtyard (four), Hilton's Hampton Inn or Hampton Inn & Suites (three), Hilton Garden Inn (three), Marriott's SpringHill Suites (two) and Hyatt Plaza (two).
