Boston Omaha Corporation was founded on August 11, 2009. The company is currently engaged in three business areas: outdoor billboards, guarantee insurance and related brokerage activities, and investment real estate management business. The company expects to continue to acquire additional billboard assets through the acquisition of its existing billboard business in the United States and expand the licensing of the UC & S business beyond the nine states where it is currently authorized to provide insurance. The company also expects to continue to make additional investments in the real estate management services business.
