The company adopts an investment strategy based on strong fundamental credit analysis and prudent real estate underwriting. Since its inception in 2007, the Company has selectively invested in net leased real estate in the industrial, healthcare, restaurant, office and retail real estate types. As of June 30, 2020, the Company's portfolio has grown to 632 properties in 41 states in the United States and 1 property in Canada, with a total asset value of approximately US $4.0 billion.
