Washington Federal Savings Bank, a Washington State-chartered commercial bank underwritten by the federal government (the "Bank "), incorporated in Ballard, Washington on April 24, 1917, Primarily engaged in providing loans, deposits, insurance and other banking services to consumers, medium to large enterprises and owners and developers of commercial real estate. The Bank's business primarily consists of accepting deposits from the general public and investing these funds in various types of loans, including first-lien mortgages for single-family homes, construction loans, land acquisition and development loans, loans for multi-family, commercial real estate and other income-generating properties, home equity loans and commercial loans.
