Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc., was incorporated in February 1992 under the laws of the State of Delaware. The company is a pharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on developing therapeutic drugs utilizing ProNeura, a proprietary long-term drug delivery platform, for the treatment of specific chronic diseases where homeostatic delivery has the potential to provide efficacy.
