The company is a technology company engaged in the design, development and commercialization of traffic and safety solutions designed to save lives by preventing car accidents based on patented technology for detecting, analyzing and locating radio frequency signals of cellular phones. Using this core technology, the company is developing two product lines. The first is In Cabin DDPS, which includes an aftermarket product for commercial-stage vehicles (i.e., vehicles already supplied to customers) and an original equipment manufacturer or OEM product for vehicle manufacturers under development. The second is an ADAS product that can detect VRUs and provide warnings to vehicles about potential collisions.
