Sky Quarry Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on June 4, 2019 under the name "Recoteq, Inc. ". On April 22, 2020, the Company changed its name to "Sky Quarry Inc.". They have three wholly-owned subsidiaries: 2020 Resources LLC (" 2020 Resources "), 2020 Resources (Canada) Ltd. (" 2020 Canada ") and forereland Refining Corporation (" forereland "). Sky Quarry Inc., together with its subsidiaries, is an environmental remediation company in the oil production, refining and development stages that utilizes technology to facilitate the recovery of waste asphalt shingles and the remediation of oil-saturated sand and soils. The recovery and production of oil from tar shingles is expected to reduce the U.S. economy's dependence on landfill disposal waste, as well as on domestic and foreign industrial crude oil extraction.
