Riverview Bancorp, Inc., a Washington corporation, is the holding company of Riverview Community Bank. Its executive office is located in Van Cuver Peak, Washington, and is regulated by the Board of Supervisors of the Federal Reserve System. Substantially all of the company's business is done through Riverview Community Bank (which is regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) and Federal Deposit Insurance, the company's deposit insurance company. Deposits in Riverview Community Bank are guaranteed by the FDIC under the Deposit Insurance Fund and subject to applicable legal restrictions. The Bank has been a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle since 1937.
