Rush Enterprises, Inc., founded in 1965, has only one reportable operating segment, the Truck Segment. The Company is a retailer of full-service, integrated commercial vehicles and related services. The Truck Segment operates a commercial vehicle dealership under a regional network called Rush Truck Centers. Rush Truck Centers focuses on the sales of branded commercial vehicles, including Peterbilt, IWC, Hino, UD, Ford, Isuzu, Mitsubishi Fuso, IC Bus and Bluebird. Through Rush Truck Centers' strategic network, the company provides commercial vehicle customers with one-stop services, including new and used commercial vehicle retail sales, aftermarket parts sales, service and repair facilities, financing, leasing and leasing, and insurance products.
