The merger agreement was approved by the relevant shareholders of RSI and GPIA in October 2017 and closed on October 10, 2017. The company is a global provider of enterprise software support products and services, as well as a leading independent software support provider for Oracle and SAP products, support-based activity customer count and industry analysis firm recognition. The company formed companies to disrupt and redefine the enterprise software support market by developing and delivering innovative new products and services to meet the then unmet needs of the market.
