Polar Power, Inc., originally incorporated in Washington State, was re-incorporated in California in 1991. In December 2016, the company was re-incorporated in Delaware. The company designs, manufactures and sells DC generators, renewable energy and cooling systems, mainly for the telecommunications market and to a lesser extent for markets such as military, electric vehicles, marine and industrial. Within a variety of market services, the company's DC power system provides reliable, low-cost DC power to service applications that cannot be connected to the utility grid or have critical power needs and cannot be cut off in the event of a utility grid failure.
