The company provides technically supported recovery and related analysis services in the United States. The company's services help identify and restore delinquent or defaulted assets for improper payments by government and private clients across a wide range of markets. In order to reduce the loss of billions of dollars in delinquent student loans and improper medical bills and delinquent state taxes and federal treasury receivables, the company's customers often operate in complex and regulated environments and outsource their recovery needs. The company usually provides the company's services on an outsourcing basis in many or all aspects of the company's responsibility for handling the company's customer recovery process.
