On July 17, 2019, the Company became the holding company of Pioneer Bank, a New York-chartered savings bank with 22 retail banking offices in Albany, Green, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady and Warren Counties in New York. The Bank attracts deposits from the public and municipalities and uses these funds together with advances from the Federal Home Loan Banks of New York and funds generated from operating activities to issue commercial real estate loans, commercial and industrial loans, commercial construction loans and home equity loans, as well as lines of credit.
