Currently, their operations are conducted through their wholly-owned subsidiary 2Lab 3 in the United States. Historically, through their operating subsidiaries in China, they were engaged in (i) nutraceuticals and dietary supplements business (divested in August 2023), (ii) e-commerce business (suspended in September 2023), (iii) internet information and advertising business (discontinued in September 2024) and (iv) automobile sales business (divested in July 2024). They have executed a strategic transformation to simplify operations and focus on providing the core competencies of artificial intelligence solutions. In the process of transformation, they completed the acquisition of 100% of 2lab3 company in March 2023, thus expanding the business into artificial intelligence and entertainment industry.
