Nicholas Financial-canada's business activities are currently conducted entirely through its wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, Nicholas Financial, Inc., a Florida corporation. Nicholas Financial is a professional consumer finance company engaged in the acquisition and service of auto finance installment contracts for the purchase of used and new vehicles and light trucks. In addition, Nicholas Financial originates direct consumer loans and sells consumer finance-related products. A second Florida subsidiary, Nicholas Data Services, Inc., acts as an intermediate holding company for Nicholas Financial.
