OIO Group is a listed company headquartered in Singapore, dedicated to building and supporting characteristic operating enterprises with deep heritage, excellent engineering capabilities and long-term growth potential. OIO Group conducts all its business through its operating entity Environmental Solutions (Asia) Pte. Ltd. (" ESA ") incorporated in Singapore. ESA is a waste management, treatment and recycling company engaged in the collection and recycling of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste from customers including pharmaceutical, semiconductor, petrochemical and electroplating companies. ESA currently has two sources of revenue, including: (1) service revenue, which consists primarily of fees it charges customers for waste collection and disposal services, which are similar to those charged by ESA's competitors; and (2) sales and trading of ESA's recycled products, which are made and processed from recycled waste collected from customers in its waste collection and disposal services.
